Custom and personalized orders
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A 100% UP FRONT PAYMENT. You will receive a proof before final work has started. If you are not happy with a proof, you have two more proofs available (3 in all will be provided). Once you have approved the proof cancellation is no longer an option. Should you not approve the proofs, then your money will be refunded with a 30% fee deducted for time spent on the project.
The up front fee does not apply to minor design changes or personalization which is not considered a custom order if offered as a personalized product in the shop..
However the CUSTOM ORDER FEE (See Below) DOES apply to all custom orders.
*******CUSTOM ORDERS******* will have a base price of $5.00 plus the original cost of the file.
TERMS OF USE REGARDING PERSONAL USE DIGITAL PURCHASES (TOU):
PERSONAL USE:
All digital files remain the property of Cooper Station. Any digital listing that is marked as personal use cannot be used for any commercial or resale purposes. You cannot give the file to anyone else, and you cannot create anything from them that you are planning to offer for sale. Personal Use is just that; FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
You MAY NOT sell any of these files in a digital format. You MAY NOT give them to others to use. You may not include them in any DVD/DVR collection. You may not use them as part of a digital kit.
The files that are marked LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE may be used to make something else (a tangible product) from them that you can then sell in your own shop or at craft fairs.
